Ella Siney

Programmes Officer

Ella joined the Depaul Group and the Famvin Homeless Alliance in March 2020.

Before joining the team, she gathered experience in events and communications work. As a postgraduate student, she interned for a local charity in Bristol, who support vulnerable members of the community, and organised their leading fundraising event. Before joining Depaul, Ella was an intern at CARE International UK, where she worked on their annual #March4Women campaign, the organisation’s major media and advocacy moment.

At university, she volunteered for refugee-focused charity SolidariTee, where she managed the team’s fundraising campaign. In her home city of Manchester, she volunteered at The Booth Centre, a homelessness support service and shelter.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Theology from Pembroke College, Oxford, specialising in Plato and the history of the Abrahamic faiths. Ella also holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bristol, where she focused on human rights and sex work.
