Chloe Rudnicki

Ukraine Programme Officer

 

Chloe joined DPI in April 2023 as a part-time humanitarian research intern, during which she helped write the needs assessment for the third phase of Depaul Ukraine’s ongoing humanitarian response in the country. She moved into the newly created Ukraine Programme Officer role in September 2023.

Previously, Chloe acted as a student consultant for the Disasters Emergency Committee evaluating its member agencies’ cash assistance programmes within their Ukraine humanitarian responses. She also conducted research for Harvard Humanitarian Initiative’s National NGO Program on Humanitarian Leadership, where she co-authored a paper on what NGO workers see as the top challenge(s) facing the international humanitarian sector. Chloe also conducted research for USAID and the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF).

Chloe holds an Honours B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Boston University, with a special focus on foreign policy and security studies in Central and Eastern Europe. She recently completed her MSc programme in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics. In her free time, Chloe volunteers at Housmans Bookshop and curates an ever-growing list of favourite cafés and restaurants in East and South London.
