Annie joined Depaul International in January 2023 as Head of Communications.
Prior to joining the team, Annie worked in communications teams in the public and charity sector. She worked in the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport as the press lead to the Minister for Civil Society and led on strategic communications across multiple policy areas including civil society, arts, heritage, tourism and the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Before joining government, Annie led comms and policy at youth charity, Redthread, spending significant time working alongside young people to tell their stories in the media in a safe way, empowering them to have a voice. Annie is also a Trustee of youth charity Peer Power.
