The Board of Depaul International is delighted to announce the appointment of Lord Herbert of South Downs (Nick Herbert) as a Depaul International Ambassador from the 1st January.
Prior to Nick’s elevation to the House of Lords in 2020, Nick was the MP for Arundel and South Downs for nearly 15 years, from 2005 to 2019. He is also currently the Chairman of the Countryside Alliance, The Project for Modern Democracy, the Global TB Caucus and the Global Equality Caucus.
Mark McGreevy OBE, Depaul Group CEO stated: “ I am thrilled Nick has agreed to join the Depaul family as an Ambassador. I know he will be a strong advocate, helping us in our mission to end homelessness globally and changing the lives of those affected by it. Everyone at Depaul looks forward to working with Nick over the coming years and we are excited by the wealth of experience he brings.”
Nick stated: “ I am honoured to be invited to become a Depaul International Ambassador. I look forward to assisting Mark and his team in the UK and across the globe, where I can, in advocating and supporting Depaul in its mission to tackle homelessness globally.”
