Get help in Ukraine In 2007, Depaul Ukraine’s work began with one small minivan supporting children sleeping on the streets of Kharkiv. After scaling their services in response to 2022’s full-scale invasion, Depaul Ukraine has implemented a strategy which addresses the rough sleeping crisis, prevents homelessness and strengthens community resilience. Depaul Ukraine works across the country, including in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Mykolaiv and Bashtanka.
