The Rolling Stones’ Chuck Leavell is joining Depaul International as a global Ambassador

Chuck, world renowned keyboardist with The Rolling Stones, who has played with many of the world’s most famous musicians and whose amazing career spans over 40 years, was welcomed today by Mark McGreevy OBE, Group Chief Executive of Depaul International and the Institute of Global Homelessness (IGH), as an Ambassador.

Mark said: “I am thrilled Chuck has agreed to join the Depaul family. As well as being a fan of his music I know he will be a strong advocate, helping us in our mission to end homelessness and changing the lives of those affected by it. Equally, I know he will join us in our vision of creating a society in which everyone has a place to call home and a stake in their community. Everyone at Depaul looks forward to working closely with Chuck over many years to come.”

Chuck said: “Wherever I go, whatever country, whatever city, on tour, I can be 100% sure that there will be one thing I find: Homelessness. It is a truly global problem coming in all shapes and forms and even though it really is everywhere, I don’t hear people talk about it. That’s why I have decided to become an Ambassador for Depaul International – helping them to speak out against homelessness. I am determined to work with them to see a global response to preventing and fighting homelessness – ending it wherever it rears its head.”
